Too many of us suffer too long without professional support due to privacy concerns, long wait-times, high costs, time restraints, and the emotional difficulty of reaching out for help.
With SoulChat, anyone with internet access can benefit from anonymous, affordable, and flexible professional coaching via online group chat.
Each SoulChat group consists of folks with complimentary demographics facing similar issues and meets weekly for 10 weeks. Though led by a coach, a key component is that members both give and receive support. We are stronger together.
